How We Work With Providers
As an independent contractor with CAP, you maintain your own professional autonomy and exercise independent clinical judgment in every case. We handle the operational side around your work.
Credentialing Support
We assist with credentialing and the state compliance paperwork that comes with each facility.
Scheduling That Respects Your Availability
You tell us when and where you're available; we coordinate engagements that fit. We value continuity, pairing clinicians with facilities where they build familiarity over time.
Billing & Administrative Support
Our billing support team handles billing logistics so you spend less time on paperwork.
Statewide Opportunities
We work with facilities across California, including ambulatory and office-based surgery settings.
Who We're Looking For
We contract with anesthesiologists and CRNAs who hold a current, unrestricted California license and bring the following.
Ambulatory Experience
Experience in ambulatory and/or office-based anesthesia.
Subspecialty Skills
Subspecialty skills where applicable.
Professionalism
Professionalism, timeliness, and strong bedside manner.
